SBK, Redding family getting bigger: Scott's going to be a dad in September

Scott Redding 's new season began in the same way as the last one ended. The BMW rider was forced to chase his teammates and fight for reserve conditions. The move to the Bonovo team didn't seem to give new life to the British rider, who scored a paltry ten points in the first two rounds of the year.

If from a sports viewpoint Scott has little to celebrate, the situation is quite different from a personal viewpoint, since the BMW rider is about to embrace the joys of fatherhood for the first time. Redding himself announced the happy news on social media channels, along with his wife, Jacey Hayden. The arrrival of "baby Redding" is expected for September.

"Half me, half you. We're happy to announce that our little family will be getting bigger in 2024, and we'll be one more. Baby Redding is on the way," Jacey wrote in a post at the end of the round in Barcelona, and then he shared a small clip with the reactions to their happy announcement of friends, family, and colleagues.
