MotoGP, Bezzecchi wearing a "backcam": how are we doing on safety?

Okay, there’s a back protector under that backcam under. The armadillo protection invented by Lino Dainese, which must mandatorily now be worn under suits. But this cam is still a hard object. What could happen in case of a fall? It would be interesting to know more.
