Nakagami unveils his Honda: “I want the first victory in the MotoGP”

For the 7th year in a row, Takaaki Nakagami will be a rider for the LCR Idemitsu team. The same as Zarco’s, but with different colors for the Japanese rider, who also unveiled the new livery today. Taka has great experience and great expectations for 2024, the year in which he wants to be the star.

“I’m very excited to start another season, and I trained my best in the winter to be ready for the Sepang tests. This is my seventh season in the MotoGP. I have a lot of experience with Honda and this team, and my goal for 2024 is to win my first race. I’m very focused on myself to succeed,” Nakagami revealed his dream.

Team Manager Lucio Cecchinello added: “We have high expectations for 2024, and we can’t wait to get started. We’ve had a difficult time, but we have to continue to believe in our dreams, and one of my great responsibilities is to keep the team and the riders motivated. With Honda, we’ve worked to improve our organization. It’s been a very challenging winter.”
