Directly from Rosa’s legendary restaurant on Phillip Island, our reporters, Riccardo Guglielmetti, Andrea Scalera, and a very fit Carlo Pernat reveal some behind the scenes of the history of the Australian MotoGP stage on this magnificent track, set in one of the most evocative scenarios in the world.

Carlo thinks this is one of the greatest technical circuits in the championship, although racing here at another time of the year might be better. Every year, many enthusiasts take to the track on their bikes. Pernat also talks about an episode related to Cagiva with Randy Mamola.

Carlo explained how similar, yet, different the situation is this year in the championship in the Australian stage. In 2022, Pecco was catching up to Quartararo and fighting to win the title. This year, however, Martìn is fighting to beat the champion, who is now Bagnaia.

Some news also about Honda’s rider market, which hasn’t yet found Marc Marquez’s heir, and on today’s announcement confirming the agreement between Go Eleven and Andrea Iannone, who'll be racing a Ducati Panigale V4 in the SBK in 2024.
