MotoE: The Ducati V21Ls are ready for the 9 Teams, Michele Pirro introduces them to us

Ducati has kept its promise and the MotoE bikes for the championship that this year becomes the FIM Enel MotoE world championship are ready. Introducing them to us is Michele Pirro who, almost certainly, has tried them one by one! We are talking about 18 bikes for the grid plus 6 backup, 24 in total. This great image was taken on the Modena circuit.

We are talking about eight rounds for 16 races. With the acquisition of world status after the partially successful experiment with Energica, a new era is beginning. For the moment we are still talking about a single manufacturer, Ducati, but given the indications coming from the auto sector with a stop (at least in Europe) on the production of endothermic cars in 2035, how long will we have to wait until the whole world is electrified?

Among the new features of the series is the debut of a new circuit: Silverstone. One of the most spectacular and fastest tracks in the world which will represent a new challenge for the electric sector.

After two pre-season tests, one in Jerez and the other in Barcelona, the season will kick off with the French Grand Prix at the iconic Le Mans circuit. The second round at the spectacular Mugello International Circuit, then the Sachsenring and the return to Germany before the Assen TT.

After the summer break, Silverstone will kick off the second half of the season before a new visit to Spielberg's Red Bull Ring. The Circuit of Barcelona will host the penultimate round, with the epilogue at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli to round off the season on a high note on the Rimini Riviera.
